Q1. Is Parking available?

Unfortunately, there is no on-site parking. We recommend using 모두의 주차장 application to search for the cheapest parking lot in real time.

Q2. Is there an elevator?

Unfortunately, no. All rooms are accessible by stairs only.

Q3. Is the hostel accessible from Incheon International Airport?

Yes. All branches are on the route of a direct airport bus. The nearest bus stop is within a 3–10 minute walk, depending on the branch.

Q4. How do I get towels or amenities?

One towel per person per day; available at amenity carts or laundry room (branch-specific).

Q5. How do I dispose of trash?

Use designated bins (varies by branch). Separate recycling where applicable.

Food waste disposal:  dispose of the liquid in the sink and place the food in the plastic bag, then dispose of it in the general trash bin.

Q6. Do you offer mid-stay cleaning?

Not for short-term stays. For stays longer than one week, we can arrange a suitable cleaning schedule upon request.

No Smoking In The Building

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building and in all rooms. Violation will incur a USD 200 cleaning fee.

No Pet Allowed

For the comfort and safety of all our guests, pets are not allowed in the hostel. We kindly ask that you do not bring any animals, including service or emotional support animals, unless prior approval has been obtained.

Quiet Hours

From 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, please keep your voice down in the room for the comfort of others and refrain from using devices such as hair dryers or speakers that may disturb your neighbors.

No Eating & Drinking in the Room

Please refrain eating in the rooms as they are compact and not conducive to eating. Our concern is the potential for food spills on the sheets, which could lead to permanent stains.

In such instances, the guest would be responsible for any resulting damage and may incur fines.

Damage & Cleanliness

Guests are liable for damage or heavy staining to bedding or property.

Lost & Found

Items left behind will be kept for 30 days. After this period, they will be disposed of.
If you request shipping within 30 days, all costs are the receiver’s responsibility.

Not suitable for Babies or Toddlers

Our hostel is not suitable for babies or toddlers due to limited soundproofing, shared spaces, and furnishings that are not child-friendly.
