Stay I - Cozy and Practical

Stay I is located on the 1st floor and offers two comfortable double rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and a modern bathroom.

It’s a practical and cozy choice for families or groups looking for everything they need in one place.

  • Bedroom 1 & 2

    Both rooms feature a cozy double-size bed with fresh linens, along with extra storage space conveniently placed under the bed. 

    The room is equipped with air conditioning, heating, and high-speed internet-everything you need for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

  • Bathroom

    The stay includes one bathroom, fully stocked with fresh towels, essential toiletries (shampoo, body wash, hand wash, toothpaste, and toothbrush), a hair dryer, hangers, and comfortable bathroom slippers for your convenience.

  • Other Spaces

    Dining Area: A dining table with a bench and chairs, perfect for enjoying meals or relaxing with friends.


    Kitchen: Fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, induction stove, and all the essential kitchen tools and utensils. A trash bin is also provided for your convenience.


    Laundry Area: Complete with a washer, dryer, detergent, iron, ironing board, drying rack, and basket-everything you need to take care of your laundry during your stay.

Stay II - Bright and Stylish

Stay II is on the 2nd floor and has been freshly renovated, giving it an upscaled and beautiful design.

Along with two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom, it features a charming window seat and a wine fridge - perfect for relaxing evenings, sharing moments, and enjoying time with family and friends.

  • Bedroom 1 & 2

    One bedroom feature a cozy double-size bed and the other room feature twin single-size beds with fresh linens, along with extra storage space conveniently placed under the bed. 

    The room is equipped with air conditioning, heating, and high-speed internet-everything you need for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

  • Bathroom

    The stay includes one bathroom, designed for convenience, with two sinks located just outside the bathroom door-perfect for getting ready at the same time. Inside, you’ll find the shower and toilet fully stocked with fresh towels, essential toiletries (shampoo, body wash, hand wash, toothpaste, and toothbrush), a hair dryer, hangers, and comfortable bathroom slippers for your convenience.

  • Other Spaces

Great minimalistic place in a sleepy lovely residential area. I loved the industrial charm of the view. The apartment had everything we needed (we didn't cook) and it was well furnished. It was easy to communicate with Park. I would definitely come again!

It was a great place to stay! Definitely be mindful that walking back to the place was an uphill walk so mostly took a taxi back. But walking to bus stop was fairly easy!
The place was modern and had AC which was great especially how hot it was during summer.
